As a Consultant in Innovation with Synectics Inc, Clive conducted a study of Walt Disney. Defining the creative management style of Walt, he combined this with modern day management techniques and developed a training in the Management of Creativity for Disney University, Burbank, Ca.  He later set up his own innovation consultancy operating in the Europe and the USA.
