Eileen Watkins Seymour
Director
Eileen holds a BA, MA studies in Humanistic Psychology, and a DSc (HC). Growing up in the USA, she was a junior high school teacher, then moved to the UK where she became a registered psychotherapist. She started the NLP movement in the UK in the early 80's, co-founding a training center and diploma program. Her pioneering work with clients over 25+ years led to the development of RAPSI ™ and publishing her first book which she co-authered with Clive. They are now living in the USA.
Clive Digby-Jones
Director
Clive obtained his Business Studies Degree in the UK. He joined IBM, working as an internal consultant, and then moved from IBM into general management - Mercantile Credit Finance (Sales), Horizon Holidays (Buying and Administration), Websters Group (Operations Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Managing Director, Group Board Director) and the Added Value Group, now part of WPP (Consultant, HR Director, Group Board Non-Executive Director).
As a Consultant in Innovation with Synectics Inc, he conducted a study of Walt Disney for Disney University in Burbank, CA, and later set up his own innovation consultancy.
As an Executive Coach, he works with the President, the CEO, and the Board of commercial and not-for-profit organizations.
